Account Deletion Policy

This page explains how you can request deletion of your account and what happens to your data.

How to request account deletion

You can request deletion of your account directly from the Al-Rawda mobile app:

• Open the app and go to the Profile tab.
• Scroll to Request account deletion and tap it.
• Confirm in the dialog. Your account will be scheduled for deletion.

When is my account deleted?

Your account and associated personal data are processed for deletion within 30 days of your request. You can cancel the deletion request from the Profile screen at any time before the 30-day period ends.

What data is removed?

When your account is deleted, we remove your profile (name, phone, email, etc.), wallet, saved addresses, and session data. Order history may be anonymized or retained where required for legal, tax, or operational purposes.
